Moffitt MAC & Proton Therapy Center
The project includes two treatment centers within a single building. The Proton Therapy Center (PTC) is a 3-story, 30,000-SF facility featuring IBA's Proteus®ONE compact proton therapy system, with space for future expansion. The Medical Ambulatory Clinic (MAC), a 2-story, 75,000-SF outpatient center, will offer cancer treatment and imaging services, including two linear accelerators, CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, a chemotherapy/infusion center, labs, a pharmacy, and support spaces. This facility will provide convenient care for Moffitt patients in Pasco and nearby counties.

Sarasota Memorial Hospital Education & Research Building
The new five-story Research & Education Center will feature Graduate Medical Education (FSU Residency), educational simulation laboratories with 13,253 SF of operating rooms, ECC/Trauma/PACU rooms, LDR, ICU/Med Surg, and an Innovation Lab. It will also include 7,856 SF of clinical research space, 18,659 SF of shell conference space, Graduate Medical Education offices, a 1,000 SF medical library, a hospital boardroom, SMH board secretary and conference rooms, administrative offices, associated support spaces, and shell space for future expansion. The project also plans for a future elevated pedestrian bridge connecting the facility to the Medical Arts Building at the main hospital. Additionally, a three-story, 300-car structured parking garage will be included.

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center
Level 1 Trauma Center and Emergency Expansion in Queens, NY. This prestigious project includes a new 49,600-SF addition and renovations to 36,500 SF of existing hospital space. The facility will feature 22 isolation rooms with negative air pressure to prevent the spread of airborne diseases and 48 ICU beds.
Life Science

EMD Serono
State-of-the-art R&D facility in Billerica, MA. The new 145,000-SF building will provide cutting-edge laboratory and collaborative workspaces, accommodating approximately 400 new and existing research and development employees dedicated to advancing science in oncology, immuno-oncology, and immunology.

Takeda
Takeda’s new 38,000-square-foot facility reinforces its commitment to cell therapies, complementing the 24,000-square-foot R&D cell therapy manufacturing facility opened in September 2020 in Boston. The new facility offers end-to-end R&D capabilities, producing cell therapies for clinical trials from discovery through Phase 2b.
By fostering collaboration between R&D and commercial manufacturing, Takeda accelerates the development of next-generation cell therapies. The Cell Therapy Translational Engine (CTTE) integrates product development, automation, engineering, CMC, data management, and analytical capabilities, addressing key manufacturing challenges in cell therapy.
Educational

University of Tampa Science Building
The University of Tampa (UTAMPA) is constructing a 6-story building project, with approximately 136,000 GSF of developed "occupied" space across five stories and an additional 16,000 GSF in the mechanical support penthouse on the sixth level.
The occupied spaces include 91,273 NSF of curriculum-driven areas, featuring state-of-the-art science teaching and research labs, along with necessary support and prep spaces, faculty offices, collaborative faculty and student study areas, and essential vertical core support and circulation spaces.
Historic

Hynes Convention Center
The Hynes Convention Center, one of the best-located convention centers in North America, is undergoing significant infrastructure upgrades to enhance its future as an industry-leading facility. The MCCA has already begun extensive renovations, with improvements continuing through early 2029. Upgrades include enhanced lighting for greater effectiveness and efficiency, replacement of air handlers, and modernization of outdated control systems, ensuring the building operates efficiently for years to come.
The Hynes will remain open throughout the capital improvement process.

Marian Fathers Monastery
A new 38,000-SF building in Stockbridge, MA, has officially broken ground at the Marian Fathers Monastery. This beautiful facility will serve as a spiritual and community hub, enhancing the campus' atmosphere and promoting a sense of vibrancy. Designed with both functionality and serenity in mind, the building will feature spaces for prayer, reflection, and community gatherings, as well as accommodations for retreats and educational programs. The facility aims to foster deeper connections among visitors, residents, and guests, offering a peaceful environment that aligns with the mission of the Marian Fathers. It will play a key role in supporting spiritual growth, fellowship, and outreach within the broader community.

Blackinton Mill
This new project in North Adams, MA, is centered around real estate development, the preservation of historical architectural buildings, and providing local tax incentives for residents. Tourist Group is investing $17 million to develop a 50-room luxury hotel, creating employment opportunities and stimulating economic growth. The development will feature bike paths, art and adventure event space with catering, as well as dining terraces and lounges. Our MEP team at RCG is thrilled to be part of the Blackinton Mill project, set to open in 2026!
