Eric skillfully balances risk and reward strategies while overseeing all contracts and financial aspects of our projects. His comprehensive knowledge and leadership are essential to the success of RCG as we navigate the complexities of the industry.

Kay Rennell
Karen “Kay” is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate Degree in Architecture. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from UMass Lowell. Kay is currently a senior leader in the construction and renovation sector, overseeing large-scale real estate projects and driving strategic execution from planning through completion. She combines deep operational experience with a strong academic foundation to deliver practical, high-impact results. Her insight and feedback play a key role in shaping project strategy at Rennell Capital Group, where her expertise helps guide complex decisions. In addition to her industry work, Kay serves as an adjunct professor at Harvard University.

Peter Civitarese joins our team with over 25 years of leadership experience, including as Director of Strategic Partnerships for a global S&P 500 company, where he excelled in client relations, strategic growth, and account management. He also brings personal expertise in real estate investment, having successfully managed his own property portfolio. Peter holds a BS in Business Administration from UMass Lowell and an MBA from Fitchburg State University, combining corporate strategy with hands-on property management to drive value for our firm and investors.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a licensed Century 21 real estate agent in MA, NH, and RI. At Rennell Capital Group, she serves as a key decision-maker across both our investment and advisory work—advising on property acquisitions, shaping strategy, and contributing to business decisions that help clients make more informed, successful real estate moves. With a background in home improvement and finance, and strong communication skills, Jill is a versatile and trusted leader within the RCG team.
